MODERATORS

There are a few regional ones that I'm sure some would love to see thriving, but I'd personally like to see an active SexOver30 community for those of us who are not spring chickens anymore. I know others have been removed for similar behavior.

Let's be clear here. It's much more appropriate to ~~pm~~email the admins than it is to start up a drama thread about a specific user. Your end goal is the same either way, but posting a thread publicly blasting another user is overboard.

Except posting here is what admin has asked us to do in previous situations. PMing was literally discouraged. I did end up sending an email.

Edit: Sorry, I realize he directed people in that specific situation to [email protected], but there have been multiple times in extremely similar situations over the past week when users have been told to post here. Both are modded by the lemmy.world admins, and I would think either is appropriate.

PM or email. Same thing - a direct message to the people that can actually do something about it and, more importantly, have the authority to decide if they should do something about it. (*And to be clear, I only said PM because that's the term you used. Sorry for sticking with established terminology, I guess).

And this in fact isn't [email protected], so no, posting here isn't what the admin said to do.
