Dit gaat misschien een beetje richting complottheorie, maar ik had het vermoeden dat Rutte misschien wel geïnteresseerd is in de rol van secretaris-generaal van de NAVO, en dat het kabinet met opzet (evt. in overleg met andere NAVO landen) is gevallen zodat hij beschikbaar is.
