I've gotten used to the AutoSleep app where you can manually do Lights Out when you go to sleep, and it knows when you got up. But the issue is, it shows 2 hours of deep sleep on the same night the Apple Sleep app shows 30 minutes. I read somewhere that the Apple Sleep is the one to be trusted, but it lacks good features. Not sure if I should ditch AutoSleep (a few years now). Anyway, what's the difference if you think you got 2 hours or 30 minutes of deep sleep? Seems odd to have accurate measurements of this.

I just use the native sleep tracker in the watch. I find it is pretty accurate for me after using it for months now. Ever since Apple added the detailed sleep tracker to the watch os update I haven’t found the need to play around with tracking apps.
