I've gotten used to the AutoSleep app where you can manually do Lights Out when you go to sleep, and it knows when you got up. But the issue is, it shows 2 hours of deep sleep on the same night the Apple Sleep app shows 30 minutes. I read somewhere that the Apple Sleep is the one to be trusted, but it lacks good features. Not sure if I should ditch AutoSleep (a few years now). Anyway, what's the difference if you think you got 2 hours or 30 minutes of deep sleep? Seems odd to have accurate measurements of this.

It's probably the wording of the main post. The word "saved" means that the watch actually helped in doing the "saving." So anyone with a proper understanding of the English language sees this as clickbait.

And no matter who OP is, I'm glad they all made it out fine. Car accidents are no joke and I'm happy for their safety and well being.

You typed something very logical. I equate this post to: "We were cooking in the kitchen, but didn't burn the house down, and having a phone saved our life since we didn't have to call 911."

As with all of reddit, all you need is a couple downvotes, and the sheep will follow perfectly in line.

Couldn't figure out this name. At first I thought just squid, because the first couple letters are crossed out on the lower side, so lower case s and q, and the last letter is a tall letter, like d, but there is a tall letter in the middle, so that's wrong.

I guess it's something like this as far as the shapes go: xpalial I'm so curious now. lol

I did that in 2019, and kept it going for over 2 years without missing one day. Lost 50+ pounds, better health overall. Then I sabotaged my transition from Watch 4 to 5 and deleted everything out of frustration. Started again a few weeks ago with the excuse that I got an Ultra 2. Everything was good for a week, then I got lazy thinking about the 2 years that I didn't miss a day. What I'm trying to say is, don't dwell too much on the days missed and focus on your health results.

I think I got too religious with that "missing no days" and it ruined my motivation.
