Apple TV taking up to 30 seconds to turn on TV (alien.top)

Got rid of all the Roku Ultras in my house and switched to Apple TVs. I'm using the Apple TV remote for TV power and after the first day or so there's a huge delay in how long it takes to turn on the TV. Seems to be close to 30 seconds. I tried switching the control method from HDMI to IR for the Apple TV and that didn't improve the delay. Any thoughts?

Just curious? Why'd you get rid of your Roku Ultra's?

They were freezing up on me a lot and getting random white snow at times.
