You can, but you will be punished. The electoral system is designed to punish this kind of voter behavior who think they can subvert the rules set by the ruling class.

It was a risky electoral strategy, but so far the Resurrect Stalin Party has delivered on their promise to turn the Washington Monument into a ziggurat to channel the psychic energy of dying capitalists into the Abyss Beyond Reckoning.
