I agree with your perspectives thoroughly. Whenever money is involved, it can be a silently awful experience with everyone involved.

~~How so?~~ The way I've seen people who do service, blue collar, support work, etc, is atrocious.

Edit: okay, I read the paragraph back and it does sound a little iffy the way I phrased it.

How about "treat them with the respect they deserve for being equally human"?

The way you phrased it, it sounds like you don't recognise them as fully human, or inferior to you, but will still treat them "like an equal", just as a social norm. :)
