I’ll believe it when I see it. I’m sure they’ll find a reason to cancel it again, only to make promises again at next election again. I bet we could have built it twice over with all the money already spent on decades of analysing, planning, debating, then shelve and repeat.
I don't know who downvoted you but your skepticism is perfectly reasonable.
