M1s are genuinely incredible
Went from massive macbook hater (seriously the intel ones were the most overpriced garbage to ever exist) to lover after the m1 air
This is going to be me in a year or so when the resale value of the m1 drops far enough and my Lenovo yoga's batterry finally croaks.
Asahi Linux lives in my head rent-free. Fuck amd64 and x86.
I think the problem is less instruction set and more Intel enforcing a decade of cpu stagnation. Recent AMD apu's are pretty incredible for what they can do
