There was no terrorist, police dog just wrote that in the official report to save their own ass. Don't worry, after an internal investigation police dog has been transferred to a different department 30 miles away and insists a lesson was learned.
You forgot the part about the "terrorist" being the cop's ex, and the baby being the out-of-wedlock love child of the ex and the cop's former best friend. So the traffic stop's justification in the first place was completely fucked.
