French authorities have banned demonstrations in support of Gaza, arrested protesters, and moved to dissolve several Palestine advocacy groups.

There are currently nazis fighting in the Ukrainian army against Russia's imperialist invasion. Would you call the Ukrainian army a nazi army? Maybe the situation calls for us to focus on the state currenlty commiting a genocide against Palestinian people and not on the optics of the protests.
