It is not the point, they are not using Stalin ironically. They legitimately believe Stalin was a good person despite the USSR's treatment towards queers and jews.
Do you have proof (or literally any evidence) of their "legitimate beliefs" of Stalin as a good person, or are you extrapolating an opinion you already believe and want to fight about from the use of a single emote? Because it certainly feels like the latter until you provide anything to back up your statement.

I do think so too however I haven't seen stalin apologia in her posts, that's what seemed weird to me about this post
Tankies as a group love to defend Stalin though, so the point still stands especially for an admin of a tankie community.

The point of the post is that it's ignorant to use Stalin positively when his regime killed queers and jews.
I don't think she uses it positively, she's just using the reaction image to show her sending to the "gulag" (banning) everyone with harsh opinions she and her communities don't share
