and today is day 1 of one month of healthy eating/diet. No snacks and sensible portions. If I maintain good habits and only lose 1 kilo I will still be happy. :)

If you want a calorie tracker to download, one of the easiest to use and I think the most popular in Australia is called Lose it!

I'm just doing it as low tech as possible. Less to get wrong and stuff up that way. Less to think about.
