The fire fox focus IOS browser blocks all ads on YouTube in my experience.
I've posted it repeatedly but I'd like to add the (paid extension) Vinegar extension as a recommendation for iOS Safari.
Enable extension, add YT to home screen and stop seeing ads.
Combined with Banish for Safari - stopping the "open in app" popups on websites, my online experience is golden.
When I was required to use a iPhone for work this was my savior being a android user with Block This! Blocking most things for me
I've never, ever, had any ad run with plain old firefox and ublock.
Also Brave Browser, I use it just for YouTube. It allows backgrounding of videos, Picture in Picture, and ad blocks.
Don’t think that works on iOS
Oof. Didn't notice the iOS part
So does Musi on iOS
