I actually have trouble IRL with people that sound like this because I have this reflex where I start wondering if they're fucking with me - as if I didn't understand their sarcasm. It's sort of like a cacophony of alarm bells in my head and my reaction is "no way you believe something so obtuse. How did you say so many bad things in a row?" I'll get sarcastic, dismissive, or annoyed.
