According to someone in the Reddit thread “Bon” is an insulting term for a neonazi. So a neonazi with the call sign “neonazi” get fucked loser

The top comment in the thread suggests it's short for 'Bonehead', which is apparently a derogatory way to refer to skinheads.
Skin heads were just punks. They tended to be poor working class and have some solidarity. Boneheads were the splinter group that was loud and rascist.
