We're probably going to be buying a new car in the next year or three, and I'd be interested in getting an electric vehicle if we can find one that works at a price we can afford. I haven't been super into the details of all the electric vehicles available now (and soon), mostly just scanning headlines and reading articles on tech websites that caught my attention. I was looking for a website with a filterable list of all the electric vehicles that are available, and I found the Electric Car Selector and the Electric Vehicle Database. Both of which seem to do what I want, but both seem to be Europe based, which doesn't help me a lot since I'm in the United States. Are there any similar websites with filterable lists of electric vehicles for cars available in the United States?

There really aren't all that many electric vehicle models currently available. Depending on your price point, you may also want to look at used EVs.

I use AutoTrader.com to search for different electric vehicle models in my area.

That being said, I strongly encourage you to take a look at a used Chevy bolt. They have some listed for between $15 and $16,000. Well they aren't huge vehicles, my family has used hours as a family car for 3 years without any major issues, although the hatchback space is pretty small.
