Elon is probably aware that organised crime usually serves the capitalist class so he doesn’t see it as criminal. Only poor people who resort to petty crimes to stay alive are criminals in his mind

    He’s not smart but I don’t think this is a secret or high level knowledge in capitalist circles, I think al capitalists make use of organised crime including Musk

    Eh I feel like musk is such an out of touch loser he's considered a weird nerd to even the other capitalists and so isn't even privy to that shit. I doubt he actually runs any of his companies at this point, he's just signing papers suits bring him while he's on ketamine benders.

    Actually now the not knowing who the Yakuza are makes more sense, answered my own question.
