That's crazy. Ukraine used to be as big as Russia - 40 million people used to live there. Now it's a wasteland

Russia has like 140 million people, Ukraine had like 44 million pre war. The 28.5-29 million are only for the part of Ukraine that is currently under Ukrainian control.

I don't think dehumanising the enemy is something we should do. They're people like everyone else, people who commit terrible atrocities because of a megalomaniac dictator

The war crimes like torture, hunting civilians with drones, and rape are not performed by Putin. Maybe calling the entire Russian population orcs is a bit much, but the Russian soldiers (orcs) don't deserve that kind of consideration.

Edited to remove the strike-through of soliders

You may want to un-scratch the word soldiers so that one can read "soldier orcs" (which is what you intended, apparently.) Else one just reads "let's not call them orcs btw they are orcs" since, at least myself, skipped the scratched up word on the first read.

As a remainder to everyone else: russophobia != anti-imperialism. And rule 4 will get you banned for the former (russophobia) meanwhile the latter (anti-imperialism) is welcome

  • russophobia From wikipedia linked to the 4 other sources: A phobia is an anxiety disorder, defined by an irrational, unrealistic, persistent and excessive fear of an object or situation.[7][8][9][1] => russophobia cannot exist as the fear of russia is rational, realistic, does not have to be persistent and is not excessive with regards to what they are willing to do.
