And they were doing Nazi shit already way before 1941. The right wing regime in Finland had been imprisoning and murdering socialists, trade unionists and communists since 1918. By the time the war started they were a straight up military dictatorship.

Some folks are actually trying to use this as a "gotcha". As in "le soviets were ackshually so bad, ze Nazis were seen as ze lesser evil!!!1". Not many. But some
