The decision-making at the While House has long been, especially in consequential matters, based on falsehoods. The White House is a nonstop factory of lies—lies that have for decades wreaked havoc on the world and destroyed communities, countries, and regions. What is incredible—perhaps more incredible than the lies they tell—is how unfazed the occupants of the White House are by the disgraceful ramifications of their lies when the truth about their actions comes to light.

They lied about the connection of Afghanistan to the September 11 attack on New York’s Twin Towers (which a significant number of very smart experts have characterized as a false-flag operation orchestrated by American intelligence agencies), and over two decades after the start of the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan, American forces had to flee in disgrace; they lied about Iraq’s unconventional weapons program, and the American invasion of Iraq became a quagmire from which the U.S. extricated itself at great expense.
