here's an idea that will appeal to both sides: the state mandated girlfriend and state forced feminization bureaus are the same bureau. Every incel who signs up gets randomly assigned to either receive, or be, a girlfriend.

    If think if there was State Bowling Night with pseudo-random people once a month, and participants got like $20 per time they went, it would unironically probably help people be less lonely. This would accomplish more than any anti-terrorism initiative in history, so it can't be done.
