As a child, I thought Neptune was the coolest fucking planet ever. It was blue. A gas giant. Didn't have a ridiculous "your anus" type name, and had some crazy facts such as having winds almost twice the speed of sound, an atmosphere full of ice and frozen methane. I'll leave the rest to the wiki article

Today, I still think Neptune is the coolest celestial body in the solar system. Young sodi had the right idea.

What's your favorite celestial body? Can be outside the solar system. No rules on this. Except for choosing Sagittarius A. Fuck Sagittarius A.

Bonus content: sonorification of emitted frequencies of planets and bodies. In other words, these are what rhe frequencies of various space things would sound like.

Earth's frequencies sounding like birds (space) is most terrifying thing ever and I hate it. There should not be birds in space.

Idk its kind of funny that we p definitely have at least 2 different mental issues that cause extreme black and white thinking and emotional reactions we cant control v well and yet we still have a better sense of nuance and proportionality w morals, ethics, justice etc than 90% of ppl and 99% of ppl on the internet we meet

well 90% of people are evil and have evil beliefs, so this is a low bar

Ig, its just still a little baffling we have more nuance than most without rly even trying when "everyone around us is either a saint or a monster and it depends entirely on if the last thing we saw them do was something we liked or something we didnt like" is like, a common thought process for us (BPD is lovely)
