Having recently seen the first trilogy among Nolan's works, I wonder what opinions you hold about the movies in general. Seeing that I'm quite late to the party, I expect some strong and mature takes in the comments, but you are still free to voice any opinion you may have.
I thought all of them were excellent, though admittedly I only saw Rises the one time in the theatre. The Dark Knight stands out above the other two, though.
I'm not a Batman or comic fan, which could explain my taste. In fact, a group of friends and I tried watching the 1989 one with no nostalgia and we all agreed to turn it off halfway through.
