It's just good to get something in this website for casual viewing whilst refreshing original content is added overtime.

It's above because there's no social benefit to the design. It's just transferring wealth from the poor to local property owners.

Qualifications

I'm a mechanical engineer with a specialty in design, and have to do math like this sometimes. We really need our own Hippocratic Oath.
