It's a good comment, even though I'm not American and I wasn't returning home from the pub. :)

But sure, if public transport was actually good, it would be nice to use it. Currently it sucks extreamly much and is pretty much like transporting cattle from A to B to as low cost as possible.
If it was high quality, nice chairs, low noise... Modern buses... Then it would be amazing. But it's not like that in most cities. It's usually loud, packed, full of people who don't care about being quiet or how they smell like.
The idea is good, the execution is definently "low cost transport" in an even worse way then budget airlines.
