I actually logged in to Instagram to see if yt-dlp had cut it off or something, but nope, that's the whole thing.
btw, yt-dlp can download Instagram and TikTok videos.

I'm not on it either. Was going to download the video to post but figured it'd be better to give what seems to be the source.
Further more, is there any good front end for Instagram? Most of what I get seaching around either don't work, are sketchy as balls, or very limited.
