Isn't Putin there? I thought Moscow was like the Russian equivalent of DC where all the Russian parliament buildings are at. It's at the very least a capital city and should shake things up for Putin (hopefully).

True. I expected that part to be the case, but surely it must be demoralizing having your governments buildings destroyed.

Putin doesn't care. He's got his estates. The country of Russia is just a means to enrich and empower himself.
