Clavicular isn't actually trans. He's a mentally ill conservative grifter, and calling him a "Male to Male Transsexual" is a philosophical point more than anything.
I have you tagged as "JK Rowling Bootlicker" so I have a feeling you're not exactly acting in the best faith here.
The entire point is that mocking someone for "looking trans" is wrong regardless. Perhaps you should spend less energy trying to find what in your mind you see as justification to hate others and spend more worried about how to not do that.
I agree, but I don't see anyone doing this. Not the person you responded to, nor the meme in this post.

That makes sense, because dysphoria is a thing that you can see on a person.
Sure, it's a post celebrating him for his bravery and cheering him on.
