I fucking hate business majors, get them the hell out of video game development.
You can't run a videogame company if you think like a business suit.
Honestly get them the hell out of society altogether
They're hopeful dingleberries clinging to oligarchy's pustulent ass.
What truly ruined creative work is the involvement of finance/business bros.
Everyone is hiring these fuckwits to extract every last drop of profit from everything they can, instead of being happy with spending money to make money...
One of the most difficult skills you have to learn as an artist is when to stop extracting, when to stop squeezing, when to let go and let something grow into a living thing far bigger than you.
Business majors and finance people are monomaniacally obsessed with extracting and squeezing until they smash their environment into a brickwall, at which point their job begins and they can scoop up valuable debris from the resulting calamity for cheap.

Hunh. Sounds a lot like Disney acquiring certain talent on the tail of WWII. 🤔 How very curious.
Scum of the Earth.
Business Idiots. It's a pervasive problem. The people making decisions are not the people doing labor. They're often so far removed from normal life, that they can't even relate to regular humans anymore. How is some asshole with a full time personal assistant and high six figure salary supposed to relate to someone making median income and renting with 2 housemates?
Fuck 'em. Labor should take back what it built.
You can if all you want to do is make money. They've been doing it for decades, whether we like the end result or not.
