Every Harry Potter fan I've met already prerequisites any talk of the franchise with 'I don't agree with Rowling, but…', they already know, they'd just rather support the eradication of trans people than give up their children's toys.

Children generally don’t have a clear and settled opinion on trans rights. This actress saying she doesn’t agree with Rowling can make them think, so it is useful for trans rights that she said this
