Hello fellow Far Side fans!
About this community and how I post the comic strip… Many moons ago, I would ask my Dad to save the newspaper for me everyday so I could read my favorite comic strips and one of those was The Far Side. These days of course you find just about anything online including www.thefarside.com where they post several comics a day and I repost them here. Just to note, the date you see in my posts is not the initial release date, but the date they were posted on the website.
The Far Side is a single-panel comic created by Gary Larson and syndicated by Chronicle Features and then Universal Press Syndicate, which ran from December 31, 1979, to January 1, 1995 (when Larson retired as a cartoonist). Wow, guess you don't have anything serious lol.
Why do you hate cryopreservation?
You know cryo isn't a thing right?
As in: I hate martians.
But it is, we cryopreserve (and thaw) things all the time. Just not entire humans, yet.
But I understand better your aversion to it, like it was a belief and not science.
Cryopreservation refers to things which will be reanimated when thawed. That's no more plausible than a star trek transporter.
They do that with small animals already.
So I guess for you advanced science is indistinguishable from magic.
I'm thinking for you there's a lot more magic than science in your world.

I have no opinion on the topic this video just talks about it you don’t believe me here’s a article talking about the failures mentioned in the other comment
My problem with it from the starters is that it's an article from February 1992. It's like saying that cancer medicine doesn't work and link a 30 year old article. Medicine has come a long way since then!
