I've met three, all three before they killed someone. All three were cases of people killing a family member too. Each time I met them I felt a very aggressive fear in my gut. I also couldn't look them directly in the eyes or anywhere around their face really. I met one because he was a regular at a store I worked at. The other two were also clients from a city job where I worked with people who were often on parole, like a public service job helping them fill out forms and apply for jobs and stuff.

I remember being the most wary I've ever felt around them. The only thing I know to compare it to is when you're in the woods and suddenly notice a snake hissing at you. Like a primordial sort of danger sense. I remember being really weirded out by how they smiled, and remember thinking their eyes didn't show emotion like most people.

I'm also willing to admit that I'm misremembering details because they would later kill someone and ask they stick out in my head. But I also remember my coworker telling me I would tense up and my voice would shake around one client. One time she came into the room and asked if everything was cool since I was so visibly nervous.
