That pyramid is way too tall or at least has too many layers. At most it should have 3 or 4 layers. In terms of wealth/income: 0.5%ers at the very top. The next 9.5% on the next level and the lower 90% on the bottom level. We might like to think that there is a big difference between being at 89% and being at 5% but it is far less differnce than being at 94% vs 95% and even that is much closer than being at 98% vs 99.9%.

I agree. Most of this pyramid is spent dividing the working class as if the different professions should be pitted against each other.

Except that's the point, isn't it? Capitalism is designed to pin us against each other. That's why the office workers are locking the door to newcomers from below but are themselves suffering. People shopping while others are robbing even though they're at the same income bracket.

The only odd part is the top being monarchy and presidency; they clearly aren't the top rung, at least the president is a lapdog to far richer oligarchs.

Im of the opinion that the pyramid should be upside down. Most people should be living in wealth and prosperity while few suffer

I'm not saying a pyramid is right but the one displayed makes it seem like the majority of people live in middle class or upper class. There will always be a bit of a hierarchy but it should be as equitable as possible over the majority of the population.

Flippant Anarchism. A lighter take on social criticism with the aim of agitation.

Post humorous takes on capitalism and the states which prop it up. Memes, shitposting, screenshots of humorous good takes, discussions making fun of some reactionary online, it all works.

This community is anarchist-flavored. Reactionary takes won't be tolerated.

Don't take yourselves too seriously. Serious posts go to !anarchism@lemmy.dbzer0.com
