Lmao, if you think that piece of garbage can do anything useful in a real environment you are lost. They might get there eventually, but not for a while longer and not in europe.
What's the basis of this statement?

Its about generalization. A robot like this only works in a very controlled environment. Any unforeseen variable will completely stop it in its tracks. To be able to do a trade job it would need to be much more flexible. Good luck building a single machine that can work outdoors, in heat, in snow, in rain, in mud, in a sewer, in a narrow cable or pipe shaft, buy material, analyze problems, drive to its work site, verify results, deal with customers, etc. One human can do all those things and much cheaper and more reliably than any robot or swarm of robots ever could. The real world is messy and complex, not a show room prepped to only include problems the machine can solve.
Yes, it's hard, but we are pouring billions of dollars into this, and have the necessary frameworks. None of that factors in the exponential rate of progress and the vast amount of additional funding going to this project now. It will be difficult, but a chore robot is still on the horizon and once it's done and working in homes, the next step will happen too.
