I feel like there were probably some couples wwhere one or both of them had too many differences in opinions or evn irreconcilable differences in their relationship and they just decided that having a baby would 'fix' their relationship ...when most of us know that it rarely works out like that.

So most of these relationships presented here eventually kept on getting worse and worse in their connectedness to each other and even to the new child in the relationship thus leading to breakdown of the relationship.

There may also be the problem of us living in a capitalistic socieity that makes it so that humans and human relationships (as in relationships with your spouse(s) and your child or children, are not centrered in most of socieities' institutiins and its economic superstructure (but instead the rich and those who can accumulate resources or have had accumulated resources are centered the most in society) so this leads to most people with kids experiencing a disdain for babymaking because they realize that the very societies that they make babies for will not give a damn about them or their children or about them.

Countries ALL over the planet have been experiencing a decrease in baby making since more forms of contraception become available in the 50s and 70s . Doesnt matter if its south korea , with is insanely low birth rate that is so low that the population of south korea will HAVE to shrink significantly in the next 100 years , or nigeria. which indeed has not experienced a negatige population growth and Nigeria actually has a higher total birth number than most of europe combined but has seen its increase in population on the decline as of recently. I feelthat most people who dont have kids nowadays are justifiably REBELLING agains the disgusting capitalistic systems and peoples that we live under that have removed humanity and human relationships from beeing the central point of all planning when it comes to whst we are told tl focus on and do. And also societies are increasingly normalizjng needless slaughter, and even genocide, of innocent families . The Iran, Iraq and Afghan and Vietnamese War were all uncalled for by most Iraqis, Afghanis, Vietnamese and the majority of people who died in those wars were innocent families that had no ill will to the people invading thwir country. That is exactly why I got snipped. I dont want to raise a child in a world where its seen as so normal to be a human who doesnt centre humanity or where needless slaughter of other humans is seen as 'normal'
