Yup, it's latex and it has pockets! It's the only skirt like it that I've come across.
I'm planning on learning to make my own just so I can make shit I can't find otherwise. There's this iridescent latex that I really wanna try.
samesies! the only reason i haven't started yet is that none of the good latex solvents (hexane, etc.) are easily available in my country, and i've had too many bad experience with glued latex tearing at the seams to want to make things that way. some day i will manage to befriend a chemical supplier...
