What do you think of David Lynch movies? (lemmygrad.ml)

I watched 'Inland Empire' and 'Blue Velvet' (read the content warning labels first) and I have no idea what these movies are about or what they're trying to tell me. I had the same feeling with watching Chainsaw Man. d; Does anyone know what these movies are supposed to be about?

I loved the first season of Twin Peaks, ideologically his work is very postmodernist with all its fallacies.
