All I see is salad on their table.
Either these girls aren't eating their greens, or they are replicating early 2000's starvation diets.
Photo could've just been taken before the main course came out.
Though with people like this, it honestly wouldn't surprise me if they do aim to embody every single "liberal woman" stereotype imaginable. I figure at least one of them asked the waiter if the salad contains any "chemicals".
