Never get me in this room cause my butch ass would be tossing those tables Jesus style.
My group has meetings too, at like 6 pm, and we are all tired and sleep-deprived, asking "how can we use our little resources to the most of our ability to feed people?" to name one thing. I fucking hate meetings that lead to more meetings and then even more fucking meetings. A meeting better be leading to some fucking action or I will rage out so hard. Meetings are just a way for shit libs to feel better about themselves and like they are doing something without actually doing shit. I know that this is the point of this post but god damit it, it makes me so fucking angry at times. Actually do something useful, you god damn assholes!
They're all fail daughters who work do-nothing middle management, marketing, HR, or PR jobs. Their entire existence is built on doing literally nothing, directing other people and taking credit for that work, or complaining to someone with actual authority until they get what they want.
Doing something is anathema to their world view and position in society. They'll surely sort that all out at the very next meeting, of course, but not before they address the very important problem of their strongly worded emails being ignored by the mayor's office. That's obviously first priority.
