Interpreting the mere mention of fellatio in a criticism as inherently homophobic is a YOU problem.
It's not homophobic to accuse someone whose gender you don't know of providing sexual pleasure to awful people as an insult.
For the record, I'm very much pro-blowjob between consenting adults of any gender identity and sexual preference, but equally against fascists receiving pleasure of any kind.
