MODERATORS
The only way I'd run windows on a work machine is with WSL. I do this now and it's pretty solid, but there are limitations to it especially with disk throughput and with networking when on enterprise VPNs. I'd choose the mac any day of the week though, it's still Unix-like and the hardware is almost certainly going to be nicer. And it's not your machine so the privacy and repairability implications do not matter
