The owner told us make Birria beef and save the sauce. Pair the beef with a melty cheese and instead of butter dip the bead in the Birria sauce. It burns fast so cook it carefully and not too hot. Once you get that perfect crust serve with some of the Birria to dunk it in.

Perfection in my opinion!

So it’s pretty much a French dip, but with Birria and maybe Jack cheese?

Frying the sandwich in the fatty birria sounds even more amazing. It’s on my list for next week now.
