Edit: I already know about 'Socialism & Religion' by Lenin and Marx & Engels' essays on Religion.

Roland Boer, Marxist scholar and theologian, has written a number of books on the intersections of political ideology and Christianity. I can't speak to these books personally but his book on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics seems to be well recieved.
