Notable that the highest favorably is where the countries invest in soft power. When DOGE gutted the USAID, many of those developing countries noticed (although some of these countries always hated the US, lol)

In how many of these countries is Chinese propaganda more pervasive than US propaganda? The US has Hollywood, pop music and the fucking English language going for it. Seems more likely that: A. China makes all the products everyone uses, and B. Doesn't go all around the world murdering people.
