The bag of money the shareholders got is the benefit. That’s why they sold, nobody at Zenimax involved in the acquisition thought MS was going to take the company to a higher level.

i truly do not understand why developers who started out working for themselves wouldn't form a cooperative, it's a pretty unique opportunity to make sure you don't get exploited.
