Yes, but only if they've made a clown of themselves by doing something hilarious like calling someone bigoted for having a low opinion of the superpower that can't conquer a few hundred kilometres of its own "border". That's when it's most fun.
You don't owe me anything, correct. You can just stop at any time. Quite symbolic really - rushing in with an offensive because of some imagined slight on the Russian people, crumbling at the first sign of resistance, deflecting for much longer than was necessary and then declaring you didn't really care about it anyway.
