They definitely tried since Iran bombed the same bases again, but it's nowhere near enough to restore even part of it. In fact, i do not think anyone except ignorants ever believed the MoU will hold, US couldn't keep it even for few weeks, and Isn'treal for few seconds. US and all their dogs are rabid, any talks are pointless.
