The kind of mindset and personality that thinks it's okay to do crimes and war crimes, then brag about it online, is also the same kind of person that believes they have all the answers and should be in charge of telling people what to do.

Under communism, everyone given power must immediately relinquish and denounce it until they are assigned power by the people's committee and are forced to do the job, a-la Stalin. Anyone who volunteers to be in charge of something will be immediately executed
