The US is committing mass murder through denial. Trump and the US government is foolish enough to think that the people will just roll over and let the US win.

Ironically, this government is exactly the kind of thing the founders thought would be avoided by choosing an electoral system over simply choosing members of the government by lottery. It's impossible to have corruption when there is an equal probability that anyone from dozens, hundreds, or thousands could be chosen.
